Ribfest!

Scooter Abe and I spent this morning at Ribfest and visiting my sisters.

 There was a petting zoo, free cake and lots of vendors and fun! 

 Pretty much best day ever!

P.I.

Since I'm on maternity leave now I'm spending A LOT of time at home.  It doesn't seem to be very productive time though!  The majority of my day is spent feeding, changing daipers, and watching TV online.


I just started watching Veronica Mars. I didn't watch when it was actually on, which I now regret!  Its like an old Private Investigator film had a baby with a teen drama...but funny. Scooter was making fun of me because when I lost my keys for 2 days, I started playing detective :P

Busy Weekend

As I mentioned before this weekend was my friend's baby shower. I always get nervous hosting anything, because I think people won't show up, but I think everything went well, we had lots of food, and conversation :) I used the decor idea from this post, and my sister in law made delicious cake pops!

Afterward a few of us went out for dinner and to see Water for Elephants, which I loved! If you loved the book go see it - they stayed so true to the story!

How did your weekends go? Any big plans for the week?

There is a big empty space that was later filled with Michelle's homemade cinnamon buns :)
